What can I do if an error page is shown when i palce an order?
Q: What can I do when I click Place Order to finish my order, and an error page is shown?
Occasionally an order can still be successfully submitted if an error page is shown at this last step. To avoid placing a duplicated order, please log in to My Account to check for your recent order history before attempting to place a new order.
If there is no order placed, please submit your order again.
