Q: Can I request the shipment to be left outside my house/office if I am not available to receive the delivery?
No, we would not recommend you to do that for the safety of your package. Leaving your package outside your house/office will tempt someone "pick it up" as their own property. Please rest assured that UPS will make up to three delivery attempts, excluding saturdays, sundays and holidays, if you are not available to receive the delivery.
