Q:   How do you ensure the quality of the products? Are they QA tested?

Product quality is our top priority and we do pre-shipment quality assurance checks.

We check all products with a strict quality assurance checklist. The checks include the appearance of the goods, the function of the hardware and software, the packaging, and inclusion of applicable accessories and power adapters. If you have additional requirements on custom-made products, we will do the check for you.

For small orders and samples, we conduct the quality assurance check for all products. For large order, we use the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) industrial standard to ensure high product quality.
