Q: What is Support Ticket System?
Support Ticket system is just a tool for us to manage all the kinds of customer help request including: pre-sale inquiry, order tracking, shipping, returns and refunds etc. When a customer write an email to us, a unique support ticket will be created inside our system, our customer service staff will work at the backend communicating with the customer in a threaded way. This is a more manageable way for us to ensure that all of the customer help requests will be handled in time.
